摘要:近年來,在旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)下,國(guó)內(nèi)酒店業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,社會(huì)關(guān)注度也日益飆升,業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,而員工成為最重要的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)核心。而酒店員工流動(dòng)性大、不穩(wěn)定一直以來都是酒店行業(yè)最為突出的問題。為了酒店很好地留住人才,更好地用好人才,為酒店保持長(zhǎng)久競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)打下基礎(chǔ)。本文以成都華爾道夫酒店為例,通過對(duì)酒店員工進(jìn)行訪談了解和問卷調(diào)查,將所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分類匯總,分析其變動(dòng)情況,從而總結(jié)出這些因素中權(quán)重最高的幾種,并以這幾點(diǎn)為突破口,以酒店員工的工作滿意度為研究角度展開論述,有針對(duì)性地提出提高酒店員工滿意度的合理化建議。
